Before being considered for placement, all potential candidates meet personally with our trained counselors to evaluate their credentials. This includes prior work history and references. We examine every candidate’s qualifications to meet your exacting needs.This allows us to select only the finest candidates for you, discretely, and in complete confidence.
In order to register through our agency, the caregivers have to be legal to work in the country. Once we verify their legal status, we have them fill out a very extensive application. Once their application has been completed, one of our trained counselors interviews the applicant face to face. After the initial interview process has been completed, we proceed to screen the applicants and verify all their references.
Before placing a caregiver, our candidates undergo the most thorough screening process in the staffing industry. This includes, but is not limited to, a nation wide criminal background search, sex offenders, social security number trace and past address history, sex offender, (any misdemeanors or felonies).
Additionally, our 34 years of experience sets us apart from our competitors because we posses the knowledge, the experience and the know-how in distinguishing good from bad when it comes to selecting the right caregivers. Furthermore, many of our caregivers have been registered with us for several years and we have placed them with local families of Orange County. Once their job ends because they are no longer needed, these caregivers come back to us. It’s not unusual to have a caregiver show up unexpectedly in our office, and tell us they just ended their job after 5, 10 or 15 years. These caregivers have proven time and time again, to be excellent, reliable and trustworthy caregivers.

Our Qualification Process
Through our agency, we also require our nannies to be fingerprinted, TB tested, T-Dap vaccine, and CPR certified. Everyone we place is screened and references are thoroughly checked before we can consider them as a candidate to be introduced to our clients.
Once you request our service, complete profiles will be emailed to you with all the work history of each caregiver and letters of recommendation from previous families.
We interview many applicants every day in our office, but we only work with about 10% of the applicants we interview. The reason is that we only work with the very best! We will not waste your time meeting caregivers that don’t meet your requirements or criteria. Typically after interviewing and screening dozens of caregivers, we will select anywhere between 5 to 6 people to meet with you.
Prior to meeting the caregivers, their resumes will be sent to you for your approval and review. Your time is valuable, therefore we will not waste your time meeting people that do not meet your criteria.

On-going relationship support
Our relationship doesn’t end after you engage a nanny, chef, or estate manager. Areas of vital support are often required after the placement has been completed. In addition to initial placement, we serve as a continuing resource by providing temporary help in the event of employee vacations, medical leave, or family emergencies. Answers to a wide variety of staffing related questions or concerns are merely a telephone call away.
Don’t try to do it yourself
If you try to do this yourself, you will have to meet and interview dozens of caregivers in order to find what you are looking for. On line services do not screen or meet the people that register in their web sites. Anyone can register through an on line service, even people with questionable backgrounds.
